For advertisers, with hkbuzz can easily reach thousands of potential customers by displaying their advertisement on our webpage. For earners, hkbuzz is a ad-revenue sharing program that provide extra stream of income online by completing simple tasks.

How does Hkbuzz advertise work?
Simple, when you order an Paid To Click pageview advertise package from us, we first approve your order and then insert it on our Surf page. Then it's showtime! Once our members login, they might go on our Surf page & see your ad, if he/her is interested in your ad then they will click it and view it for a minimum of time!

Are my pageview amount guaranteed?
Yes. We guarantee that you will receive at least the amount of pageview traffic that you ordered.

Is each visit unique from the last?
Each visit is unique on a scale of 24 hours. Meaning, you will only be charged for the same visitor once per 24 hours. Each member's visit will be recorded and count once in 24hrs but guest and non-member's visit will not be recorded.

Why did my ad end so quickly?
Smaller purchases like the 1000 pageview order usually expire within 24 hrs. Sometimes even sooner. That because hkbuzz have over 25K members worldwide and generally has 20 - 200 users online at a time.

What is the meaning of HKBuzz Verified Buyers ?
HKBuzz Verified Buyers means a number of hkbuzz user who had showed their purchase power by ordered at least one advertisement package.

If i get warning or error code while loading page, what should i do?
If you are getting error or warning code message while loading page or surfing ads, try refresh / reload page.

What is HKBuzz Business Day / Working Day?
HKBuzz.com's business day is Monday To Saturday From 7.30 a.m HKT to 9.30 p.m HKT. Not include Sunday and holiday.

What is Paypal?
Paypal is the payment processing solution that we use to pay our members.

For Members, can I have more than one account?
No. There is no need to maintain more than one account. If you've lost your login information, you can request to have it.
If you are caught with more then one account open (we have a very strict auditing process before payments are sent) your account(s) will be terminated, your ip address(es) will be banned and you will not receive any earnings.

How to make money?
HKbuzz would pay you $0.01 ~ $0.04 for each website you might have interest to visit!

How do I refer others?
Use your unique referral code found within the user area "My Stats".You can simply earn $30.00 HKD for just referring 1000 people to join HKBuzz as a Paid To Promote(PTP). Banners for referring can be found below also in your account overview area.

How often are the statistics updated?
User stats are updated automatically. You just need to refresh page to see updates.

How & When do I get paid?
You can request for withdraw once your account balance is reached your payout limit. After your request submitted, we will review your account quickly depend on our work rate. After you have pass our review, your payment will be processed and issued via Paypal within 1~20 business days for free members & within 2hrs ~ 10 business days for Upgrade members. Payout limit will raise after paid. You can only submit one withdraw request at a time.

**If you are requesting Paypal payments, please read https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ and check you can receive payments. Only the countries in the 'Localised' and 'Send. Receive. Withdraw.' tables can receive money. The others cannot. We won't take any responsibility for money not received because of this. For user who cannot receive payout via paypal, can convert balance to advertising.

**If you are not form 'Localised' and 'Send. Receive. Withdraw.' tables countries as Russia, Ukraine, Algeria, Qatar, Morocco
and countries in 'Send Money to Anyone in the Growing PayPal Network' While you have submit your withdraw request,
we will refund your request and we will switch your withdraw option from Paypal to another alternative option - Alertpay for withdraw.You can submit your Alertpay withdraw request once your account balance is more than $8 HKD.

**Also, for India members, base on Paypal limited personal payments to Indian account holders, HKbuzz recommend to hold your
account balance until Paypal have further information/update. For India member's withdraw request, we will also switch to Alertpay option and you need to earn at least $8 HKD for Alertpay Withdraw.

Why did I get paid less then what I was owed?
If you have a business account with Paypal, they charge a transfer fee plus an additional base fee when you receive funds.

Why I can't see HKBuzz website fully?
If you are using FireFox or other browsers, please change to IE 7.0(or above) to view HKbuzz web page. Because our website currently only work fully on IE 7.0 or above with Windows XP or above.

What grammar is that?
Although we have experiences in PTC program....
